Coffee Supply Chain Management: A Case Study In Ciamis, West Java, Indonesia

Ciamis Regency is a potentially developed coffee-producing area in West Java with Arabica and Robusta coffee types. However, the current marketing process, it still faced various obstacles that make supply chain flow non-optimal. Therefore, optimizing management, necessary to conduct further research related flow, performance, farmer’s share. This study aims determine share of Regency. uses descriptive, SCOR, methods. The results showed consisted material form green beans flowed from upstream downstream, information (quantity, price, quality beans) downstream upstream, financial flows cash payment transactions upstream. performance management has an average category value 56.91. most significant farmer's found distribution channel farmers inter-regency traders, ending outside-regency traders.
